Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!
Located very close to Birmingham New Street (5 min walk), this hotel is ideally located for central areas including the Christmas Markets. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped, including hob, microwave oven and dishwasher are a blessing, making it a home from home.
Bot happy with there services.also the rooms look bigger on online pictures but the rooms are small . As for the services,l offered to pay somthing so that the hotel does something for my finances birthday and the said l shouldn’t pay they offer platters but nothing at all was offered.
Only one star and they’re only getting that because I can’t leave a review with out it! Absolutely appalling.. was having a lovely time in Birmingham for our wedding anniversary and hubby’s birthday. First incident, husband had chips just taken away from him with no explanation at the roulette wheel. When they played the footage back they said he had been overpaid that’s why the chips were just taken! No form of apology for “their” error and it killed them to explain why and it was as if they didn’t need to! Second incident was when I was playing the roulette table, a lady to my right asked the croupier where her five pound chip had gone, they said they will check their footage. Next thing I know I’m approached by a female member of staff who asked me if I was aware that I’d taken this ladies chip and I said no, she explained that they’d watched me do it!
